I am glad I don't work in Wixom anymore. However looking at this, there is probably more than one person involved. I will be a little more covert handling guns in the car, I usually have one sitting on the console (in plain view if you are a trucker) now I'll make sure things are hidden.

Two more shots, he finally hit someone. Appears to be shooting at oncoming traffic rather than stationary, which would explain his lousy performance.
