We have several Democratic yard signs on our front lawn. They are coming down THE DAY BEFORE the election. We fear retribution if Obama wins. The hatred is that thick in our state (Texas).
So far my wife has not wanted to shoot more than a 22... she asked about learning the 380 for when she is at home alone during the election week.
In the eyes of many, it is sheer "treason" to say that you are ashamed of your country. I am ashamed of my country for being fearful of my fellow citizens just because I differ with them politically. Soon, the "patriots" will all be wearing brown shirts and acting accordingly the way things are going.

When Obama first got elected I thought there was a faily high chance that he'd never see his inauguration due to some neo-nazi lunatic. I'm quite pleased that I was wrong but I hate to say the possibility still lingers.
