Why should the DoJ start playing fair now?

My Father has been retired from the LA county Sheriffs dept for over 20 years. The DOJ was detaining people when he retired. Apparently once you hit the DoJ bad person list you are no longer human. You have no rights and you have no recourse.

That would be like having to admit you were wwwwwrrrrrrrrong!
