Isn't that what some Mom said to their kids when they were growing up. Looks like these guys have yet to learn that rule.
This was a perfect set-up for a collision or some ship ran aground and sink with loss of life turning this into a Gulf of Tonkin incident/excuse for military escalation.
But underlying all this is the rich fishing grounds and possible oil/gas reserves around those barren islands...

Friends, remember that term as it will become more and more obvious in our lifetimes.
