What could possibly go wrong?

Brown sent WSB-TV a statement clarifying that once someone has ordered a drink in the lounge, they will not be permitted to enter the firing range:
"Customers will have to order a drink with their identification card and once the card is accepted, and flagged, they cannot be checked back into the range that day," the statement reads.

As long as the door to the lounge only allows folks from the range into the lounge and they don't allow folks from the lounge back onto the range it should be fine. Shooting then shots should work ok.

When I first arrived in the US, I simply could not believe that the petrol stations were also allowed to sell alcohol.
I can see the reasoning that the two can coexist (guns or cars and alcohol) in the same venue without being mixed, but I still feel uncomfortable seeing them put side-by-side like that.

Gotta wonder how the actuary will figure their liability rates.

Reminds of a place in Denton in the 70s. Ruby Rollers, a roller skating bar. ka-bam!
Didn't last long, nor did I.

That's along the line's of Drive-through Daiquiri's in New Orleans...
Swear these ideas must be a Libertarian wet-dream, or a Conservative's ploy to weed out the gene pool.

Beloit, IL has a drive-thru liquor store, the last one in the state if I'm not mistaken. Texas has quite a few from what I've been told.
Gas stations in central IL have ammo next to the beer.
I haven't been in an ATF shop in the hinterlands here in MO yet, I'm sure they exist.

There are a ton of the drive threw stores here, theres also a few with service windows off the back of the building. Im guessing its more a matter of " if you cant see me" Im not in there thinking.
after being here 6 years I still cant figure out why we cant split a 6pack, cant by beer or wine on sundays till 12pm and no hard stuff at all. The supermarkets also only sell beer and wine. I find that odd too

I worked in stores in way back and had to tell half-lit people the rules. Most wanted to hit me.
Single non-malt beers sold only in non-liquour/ convenient stores.
Single malt liquors sold in liquour stores
Quart beer sold in singles at convenient stores, multiples of 3 only in liquour stores.
Baby Bulls (little brown urine bottles of highly carbonated yum yum) sold only in a cases, which were 3 flats.
I think laws have changed since but then
alcohol sold Mon-Thur from 7am- midnight but after 10 nothing more than 18% (no mad dog 20/20). Fri & Sat this moves to midnight.
Sunday- sales from noon to midnight only if not more than 18%
We had a drive through window. Cup was a nickel, ice another nickel. Surprisingly most people who bought a cup and ice also bought a pint of liquour

Well, I actually am a much better shooter, after I've had a couple. I forget about all that breathing & squeezing shit, and just get pissed off at the target.
Did I actually post that in public?
Hell, I'd run up a tab there... LOL

That is why they have red colemans in tx. You stock up on cheap booze for sunday morning.

The advice we gave for Saturday nights was to put a can of beer in the butter part of the fridge as soon as you get home. That's the one you get while you wait for noon to roll around on Sunday.

I'm much more worried about bars out in the boondocks where you obviously need to drive in order to get home after having a few.

If you can get a taxi cab in this area you own the cab company. When I got a motorcycle I almost got divorced because my wife was tired of going to get me at 3 am. What made it even worse is the bar owner had an area inside the bar were you could park your bike over night.

In New Orleans there are drive through Margharita shops. By law they can not put the straw in the cup. Straw must be on the side.
Is the name of the new range and bar "Shots & Shots."

It's called religious freedom. See, here in the Bible belt, they're Free to impose their religious beliefs on the rest of us. This includes such things as "decency", meaning that they can tell us when and how we're allowed to enjoy ourselves.
I hate working nights; because when you get off work at 5-7 in the morning, and want a drink after work, no such luck. Apparently god only approves of those who work during the day, and only weekdays. Fuck this fundi throwback shit!

Can't be much different than a walmart that has a sporting goods section that sells firearms and ammo and an isle dedicated to beer and wine right around the corner. I'm sure the sense of this is clear, but as long a money rules...in god we trust.

If WalMart opens a gun range I am probably going to start shopping there again.

This actually isn't that weird.
There is a bar in the club house of the trap and skeet club I'm a member of.
I find weirder that they close at 3pm.
