Well, that's how thugs and gangs operate. The police are often overwhelmed, more so in a place like Detroit. The witness was also a shooter in the incident. There is a three-fold moral to the story; 1) don't shoot someone in the back, 2) don't open fire in a crowd, and 3) don't go to downtown Detroit at one in the morning.
