His point was that while many religious people give lip service to universal peace and love, they are actually concerned with the lives of their friends at the movie theater and could give a shit about the brown people their friends are bombing and starving on the other side of the world every day. He was angry at the hypocrisy and ignorance of that stance, as he said.

Hypocrisy exists in every shape or form and it doesn't just stop with religious people. How does he know if those that find refuge in the Lord haven't also cared about brown/black/yellow/ red people or haven't dedicated and given their very lives to make the world a better place? I think he's the fucking hypocrite to ASSUME that every Christian are bible thumpers ready to point the finger if you or anyone else is not in concordance with what they believe in. How fucking dare one judge me as being "misinformed seeking for a sense of something bigger than myself?" when I believe that everyone has the right to believe whatever he/she wants and find comfort during difficult time using any resource available.
