I remember 1980 very well, low voter turn out a few 3rd party candidates especially John Anderson, and the result was bush reagan. 3rd party candidates will never win the big one until they are ready to go out and start at the bottom and work their way up. Rocky Anderson should run for a state rep job and build from there but that wouldn't be as much fun.

He also doesn't have a chance. 3rd party candidates will never have a chance for the big gig under our present system. But if his running for office gets you out to register to vote for the first time then there is some good being done.

Neither is voting for those that obey corporate masters.

My suggestion for the term: democrat. Because if you really believe those that keep moving left to get corporate funding are really going to make the world a better place, then you are clearly dreaming. Our way might have a 1% of actually succeeding (because of stubborn mules like you, and no other reason) but it at least has some chance of success, and a higher chance of success if you ever realize that you ARE the problem.

How does this gel with your gun rights NRA support wannabe position? He seems to "strongly oppose" an absolute right to gun ownership.
