If I hear "crony" capitalism one more time I'm going to be ill. Capitalism is capitalism, dog eats dog and one dog ends up on top, and he defends that place with all the power he's accumulated.
Re: Following Rules
28I'm not one to do anything highly illegal (Ok, I don't break many rules), but your example would be true. It would also hold true for someone with low-level offenses such as license or insurance problems as well. I used to have a motorcycle that I could run hard in the desert, and the only time I would not speed was while my insurance had lapsed. It isn't worth getting into trouble in my view.AmirMortal wrote:So you're saying: after committing murder, don't speed with the body in the trunk? I live along the only major E/W corridor into Northern Ca, and you would be surprised how many people get stopped for speeding or registration problems only to have LE discover that they were running drugs, extended magazines, whatever, or driving while drunk/stoned. I have never heard of anyone getting caught running dead bodies, but I'm sure it happens on occasion.
Quite true, among other things LE watches out for.gendoikari87 wrote:Driving too slowly is actually how they catch a lot of drunk drivers.

Re: Following Rules
29Having guidelines for breaking rules just sucks all the fun out of it.
