webmaster or someone- need help

I checked the user control panel but couldn't find an answer to how I add a snappy saying with my signature. Can someone tell me how to do it? I guess it's a part of the signature, which down below says can be altered on the User Control Panel but I'm durned if I can find it there.

It is in the UCP, but then you have to connect to the profile doohickey to add your sig. It is under the Options menu.
