Trade a Tracker .357 for a .22 handgun?

I'm thinking about trading in my Taurus Tracker .357 for a gun I'd probably shoot more often. I'm thinking I could get a pretty even trade for something like a Mk III or Buckmark, but I haven't looked at my local shop to see what they have right now. I think they usually have at least one Mk III in stock. I'm a little conflicted, though, because I kind of like the .357/.38 spl (maybe not this particular one...I'd much rather have a GP 100 [and if I had that or a 686, I probably wouldn't even consider getting rid of it]), but I'd probably shoot a .22lr a whole lot more. Plus the cylinder is a little loose, I don't really like the rear sight, and it just seems a bit "cheap" to me, compared to other revolvers I've shot. It was my first handgun, and I bought it because it was relatively inexpensive.

Think that's a fair deal? I feel like having a fun new toy in my life, but I can't really spring for anything much more than an even trade. I still have about 100 rds of .357 or .38 so at least one range session with it before I decide. I looked at another thread about the .22 semi-autos. The Mk III or 22/45 seem like my thing, but, as always, I'd have to hold one to really know.
