They start by banning the phrase "sea level rise" in government documents, but they're also banning governement scientists from using the latest techniques. how about this? We take all these science hating conservatives, and and walk into a box. We put the following device inside the box: in a Geiger counter, there is a tiny bit of radioactive substance, so small that perhaps in the course of the hour, one of the atoms decays, but also, with equal probability, perhaps none; if it happens, the counter tube discharges, and through a relay releases a hammer that shatters a small flask of hydrocyanic acid. Lets see how many walk inside.

The woman, don't know her name, while stating that this ridiculousness (the legislation banning the use of the phrase) was the result of developers who are trying to develop coastal property, asked the question about what the unsuspecting homeowner who buys the property is supposed to do...

Unless one has been living under a rock for the last ten years, I imagine that they will already know about "recurrent flooding"...if they don't I seriously doubt there is much hope for them

Sorry gendo, but TYT seem just as stupid as the republicans, only from the other end of the spectrum.

Insurance companies won't be denying this science.

We looked at buying in the Keys years ago and the flood insurance, If you could even get it, was ridiculously high.
