Well...Yeast doesn't just appear out of thin air. Nice, Oregon.

Vomitous! You know, for all this talk about America's lost brewing heritage versus macro-brewed pilsner lagers...I live in a former brewery hot-bed. And we were up to our eyeballs in pale-thin-yellow-beer-loving Germans back then. So really, adjunct American pisswater imitations of lager are my local brewing heritage. And I'm okay with that when the alternative is unwashed hippy filth ale.

Their Arrogant Bastard Ale, while cleverly packaged, is vile. The only thing I like about it is the saying "Fizzy Yellow Beer Is For Wussies". I can only imagine that this stuff is equally undrinkable, and I see it's 17 bucks a sixpack. Give me a 750ml Bitch Creek ESB any old day. Or a good American Rye, neat with a twist.

Arrogant Bastard is by Stone Brewery. http://www.stonebrew.com/arrogantbastard/

I agree, in that it's not good, but it is awesome.

Beer is regional and seasonal.

It's not like the brewmaster is dipping his filthy hippy beard in every batch.

Stone IPA is awsomer than AB.
