Stream from their website.
Starring Robert Taylor, Katee Sackhoff, Bailey Chase.
Ignore the scenes involving firearms.
"45-70, only the octaganal Henry sniper rifle shoots that"
At one point the Sheriff does a test on the henry by loading it, pointing it at the ceiling in the sheriffs office, and puling the trigger.
When it fails to fire ????????
He says "It's a dirty gun. I knew it couldn't be the murder weapon.
Still we like the show.
Because it's different if 2 dimensional.
Kara Thrace is in it.

I thought he had and old Sharp's model 1875. I didn't see it close enough. I did see that the bad guy was shooting a new production Browning or Winchester 1885 with a scope on it. They implied throughout the show that it was an antique that was being shot. It turned out to be a new weapon thumping lead down range.
I do love the show!

Oh yeah it was the Sharps in that scene.
He's pretty incompetent.
He may get his man, but a few others end up dead on the way.
LOL
Or his homespun CSI
Bullet hole in a skull?
Lets pull one of these out and "Look it's a fit"
2 dimensional TV at it's best.
I love it too.

I dig
Longmire for the scenery and because it is simply a detective show. Last thing we need is another cop soap opera.
Oh, and the firearms goofs are priceless.
P.S. The show is set in a fictional county in Wyoming, though it does border Montana and the Northern Cheyenne Reservation.
P.P.S.
The Glades is also a good detective show with humor thrown into the mix.

With all the murders going on in that show's location, it's surprising that anyone still lives there.

Sporting Goods Manager: Son, this is Kentucky. What do you want a ski mask for?
Dewey Crowe: Who are you, the ski mask police?
