It dismays me that so many games end in scoreless ties and have to be decided by penalty kicks.

Why don't they fix the rules so this doesn't happen so often?

All they would have to do is increase the size of the goal. Same goes for hockey.

Basketball? Raise the height of the basket 5 feet, to take away the stupid dunk.

Futbol is just fine the way it is.
