I'll be 65 on Whitey's birthday.
I'll be 25, 5 days after the 11th anniversary of 9/11
So 2001 was a pretty fun birthday huh?
Better than my ex-fiancee, her's was ON 9/11

Too small a sample to draw any significant inferences, though, with one person equaling 2% of respondents. Just a few more responses could change the shape of that curve.
Participation is optional, too.

I think there are about 50 active members I'm guessing but at least one poll had about 35 respondents.
So it's a poll of a few anonymous people on the internet.
Only a few or none may actually belong to the LGC.
Someone made a comment of their perception of the general age of the group and this seemed better than just guessing.

Same here, 33, but anonymity (or lack of) doesn't really bother me. I have nothing to hide. Except my name and address, my loved ones' addresses, my SS#, my bank account #, and my credit card #s. Hmm...I think that's it at this point. But that's all reasonable, even if you weren't online.

I agree except for the parts of my body that regret doing my youth as right as I did. I'm starting to feel those old motorcycle accidents a second time around.

How many accidents did you have? I put down an old Harley '71 Sprint on gravel once, but I learned my lesson. T-shirt and shorts on my end. Ouch.

As a physicist, my reccomendation is to drive a vehicle with more than two wheels (segway i'm looking at you).

I was a motorcycle messenger and then rode both as my passion and my only transportation for ten years. Bounced off cars, 60mph asphalt slides, there's a picture from my wedding with my dress riding up to show my yellow and purple swolen knee.
Broke a foot, broke a hand, cracked a kneecap, various other blunt force tissue trauma. I lost about a dozen friends over the years too.

Yikes...I no longer ride. Hope you have better luck.
I do ride a pedal bike, though. People! Please watch out for those of us on two wheels. For eff's sake...

You'd be surprised. Lots of people don't like it when you're not "rollin' coal" here.

As someone with who is passionate about riding, I recommend everyone ride a motorcycle at least once. (Preferably first time != on a road with other people.)

First autopsy I ever photographed was of a motor cop who'd crashed and slid. It wasn't pleasant. I never got on one of those things again.
