Can I take the middle ground with "Meh"?

Interesting, and in practical terms it teaches you about the mechanical functioning of a weapon.

But it scares the shit out of people and the wide-spread practice may well lead to unfavorable legislation. I can see regulations mandating that weapons manufactured after Juneuary 13, 20xx be incapable of bump firing looming on the horizon.

I guess I'll fall on the Nay side of the fence.

Is there anything more frightening than an angry, ignorant, armed majority that believes they are being threatened?

So yes, while I believe I could take most of them in a footrace, I do fear, at least a little, an angry mob of tea partiers with full autos chasing me around for stating that I believe in worker's rights, women's rights, and corporate oversight. It's a bully/mob rule mentality, where dissent is met with violence instead of reason.

Subtlety seems to be lost on this crowd, as every conversation I have seems to prove, and tolerance is in even shorter supply. And I'm from f%$#ing MASSACHUSETTS. I dread what these people are like in their own, isolated, unchallenged enclaves.
fair enough,it was more of a question than anything but on the ironic side of things I used to have a Gadsen Flag sticker on my car and it was the only sticker on my car and i used to get shit thrown at me from Subaru typrs with peace signs and Obama stickers on them,on my other post with Immesesse I was trying to say that being judgemental works both ways

I think it's stupid, but the person it's most likely to hurt is the user. Personally, nay, but "yea" to all who want to burn through their ammo and either can't afford an actual machine-gun or live someplace where NFA items aren't permitted.

Ha, true enough--
I know someone with a t-shirt of the gadsen flag, and he's what you might refer to as a "hippie." I want to be non-judgmental, but holy moly this "love thy neighbor" idea is really difficult to implement!
