The way I see TOS is like an entitled frat boy who gets away with so much because of the family name. All through his (miserable) life he got special treatment and is in fact used to that. Everywhere -except now, here, in the courts. And it’s a tenuous connection to our consensual reality but the justice that we citizens all live by and rely on is what finally has TOS trapped like a bug in flypaper. The danger is always that some other bug is willing to sacrifice themselves in some ill-conceived plan to “save him” but the slow meat grinder of the courts will basically pulverize the hapless frat-boy who frankly doesn’t have the sense to know when to keep his trap shut. That is to be expected. Everything else is noise, pointing to an alternate reality, signaling an army which doesn’t actually exist. And we can all see, in the courts his antics just don’t fly.
"It is better to be violent, if there is violence in our hearts, than to put on the cloak of non-violence to cover impotence. There is hope for a violent man to become non-violent. There is no such hope for the impotent." -Gandhi
