Yup, if Biden wins he'll need his cabinet nominees confirmed, judges confirmed and other federal nominees confirmed which is only done by the Senate. Democrats have 20 seats up for election or reelection plus three Independents (Sanders, King and Sinema); Republicans only have 10 seats up for election or reelection in 2024.

I would find it utterly delightful if she got arrested for sex acts in front of children.
