I picked up a Rock Island Armory Ultra HC 1911 (16 rounds of 10mm). I thought it looked a little plain. So I slapped some fancy grips on it. Still needed something. So I thought to myself, "Self, how can I personalize this?" If you have ever tried to rack a 10mm 1911, then you'll know the spring is tight as hell. That got me thinking about adding more and better placement of serrations. Personalize + Serrations = fingerprints. Yes those are my thumb and fingerprints carved into the slide. Love it or hate it, It's mine.

4I have no problem with such a very unique pistol. In fact, looks very interesting.

7Thanks all! All the blue really is the same color. I guess the different materials photograph differently. The running joke is...if it is ever stolen and used in a crime, I will receive this call..."Sir, we found your fingerprints at the scene of a crime."
