So, I sat on a salient detail, largely because wrapping my head around it is placing demands upon how I view my universe.

The son of the property owner has been charged with some recently committed crimes:
Felon in possession of a firearm
Felon in possession of body armor
Unlawful Use of a weapon...
And ...
First Degree Murder.

But wait, there's more! It's his second time charged with murder. In 08 he shot and killed a guy in California, was charged with 2nd Degree and pleaded to Voluntary Manslaughter. He got released in 16 and ... his mother brought him with her when she bought her house (without ever having seen it in person) and moved up here from San Francisco. She has been his sole source of support ever since. Yea Mom!

I've spent the past week digesting all of this. Though when I first learned about it last week, it was 2nd Degree Murder, it got up-graded on Friday. The thing that grabbed my attention however is the body armor. And I am about to have her charged with felony theft and criminal conspiracy, involving deception with victims who are over 65... or put another way,
Prison.

Shit.

Bet the woman and the father taught the son "There's no excuse for EVER losing a fight--if you must, pick up a rock or a stick, but never let another man best you, no matter what it takes!"

By the soggy balls of John The Baptist, what did this woman bring into my neighborhood?

As comical (in a way) as this has been to read I'm sorry you're going through so much. We've got some super trashy neighbors, but nothing as bad as what you have going on.

Last summer they dug up a roughly 5' strip along our property line whilst they were doing some "landscaping" in their yard. Through the city we got them to re-sod that which they dug up.

Hope the city will help you out. If your city and neighborhood has Alderman, reach out. That's how I started my plea to the city. Best of luck and I hope your health improves.

THAT is your neighbor's son?
What MORON put him out on the street when he'd already been arrested for 1 murder?

It will be interesting to find out what she knew about her son's access to firearms.

I don't think the contractors are getting paid by her anymore. Might be worth gently reminding them that they can sue her to reclaim their expenses for repairing your side of the property line on a voluntary basis, or they can have their names permanently associated with hers in the media when you sue them. I think your contingency case just got a lot better. Good luck.

You mean to say your wealthy neighbor raised a son that regularly murders those who step on his claims of being from “da hood”??? Is this some twisted compensatory behavior due to Affluencia?

Back in 2009, claiming to be a badass, ends up shooting someone for no reason, gets caught and put away for a while:

Damn Bisbee, I wish I knew.
This shit has washed over me these past 10 days. I knew nothing of all this other shit...the hiphop, the killing, none of it. Funny thing, of the three, I figured Nate, as I knew him, to be the normal one. He was studying to be a chef.

Watched the youtube...that's his voice, but the words are not the Nate that I knew.
It ain't affluencia, it's having a mother who's a sociopath.
