Classes to be held at CMP’s Talladega Marksmanship Park this fall include: Oct. 26-28, 2021 – International Association of Law Enforcement Firearms Instructors Master Instructor Development Program The International Association of Law Enforcement Firearms Instructors (IALEFI) is an independent, non-profit membership organization formed in 1981 by a group of dedicated law enforcement professionals. The course will include more advanced hands-on skill progress, with emphasis on practical marksmanship and operational proficiencies. • range safety
  • review of shooting fundamentals/positions
  • operational skills
  • basic tactics such as movement, use of cover, light management, etc.
  • shooter remediation
  • adult learning concepts
  • coaching strategies
  • course design
