If each state can’t arbitrarily restrict the right to bear arms, it can’t arbitrarily restrict the right of a woman to conduct medical procedures on her own body.

You expect logic, consistency, fairness, and "Stare Decisis" from the Six?????????

"States' Rights" has always been inconsistently applied, always in favor of the WORST policies--like slavery--and violated in favor of the WORST policies--the Fugitive Slave Act.

Yes, the original thread and now three threads.


This will be argued someplace during the SCOTUS 2021-2022 Term and the opinion could end up being released at the end of June 2022.

A court that acts on political party ideology and not equality inherent in rights under the law should be feared.
