My favorite treat is the poppy seed puff rolls. You need a lot of poppy filling. And you need to drink this deliciousness with milk. Unfortunately, I can't give you the recipe - the devil knows how it is prepared. My wife cooks it, and I only go into the kitchen when I need to help cook meat, make minced meat or help with washing dishes. I don't get involved in other processes.

Do you have a sous vide? I've fallen in love with it for pasteurizing game meat without overcooking it. If it's a bone-in roast, look up Steven Rinella's blade roast.
