Kajaki AKA Kilo Two Bravo

Docudrama about a British squad in Afghanistan. Brutal but accurate.

Kajaki Dam 2006. A company of young British soldiers encounter an unexpected, terrifying enemy. A dried-out river bed, and under every step the possibility of an anti-personnel mine. A mine that could cost you your leg - or your life.

I hear ya, lurker. This one hit me harder than the usual American action flick. Here's a crew of guys keeping the peace at a dam so that the Afghans can upgrade electricity generation capability, and their biggest threat isn't people with guns, it's land mines left by the Soviets.

They did a cool thing with the initial credits. It was neat that there were two USAF airmen involved in the rescue as well.

I watch a lot of British shows, but I honestly could not understand what they were saying in that trailer.

I lived in England for four years and it def took me the first part of the movie to get my 'ears' back.
(Three cheers for subtitles!)
