No, but LEO is exempt. So there's that.

LEO is always exempt, it seems. Funny how that works.

Ferguson really wants to be the next WA governor and as current incumbent Dem Islee is termed out. Sounds like he's using a CA Gov Newsom playbook, ban those filthy and dangerous guns and make WA residents absolutely safe. It's blue counties around the Sound versus red counties to the south and east.

Democrats are handed the least popular president in modern history, and this is what they do with it.

Run on winning platforms, not things that will alienate leftists (where they exist in this country), blue collar workers (which used to be the Democratic base), and the entire center left.

This stuff reverberates. Even if they can get away with it in the PNW, taking anti-gun actions like this will reverberate in Michigan, Minnesota, Wisconsin, Ohio, and Pennsylvania... which are key battleground states in the 2020 election.

Yup but the Dems pushing it are micro thinkers, like the guy in the WH it's all about them and their blue districts. They have no macro view of politics and how policies and laws impact other states. Yes this will not be popular in those battleground states and I'd add to your list Florida, NC and Iowa.
