Summer is here and so is the LGC Bullseye Match #19. I opened the match yesterday, June 17. It will close on August 12th, about eight weeks from today. This is a longer match than the previous one and the latest one-hand match but, due to reduced participation in those matches, I decided to lengthen it by two weeks. I will announce the fourth one-hand match in about a month.

We have a number of new members in the forum and the blog. For those who are unfamiliar, these matches have been going on for several years and are open to all, regardless of skill level. There are no prizes other than courteous (of course) bragging rights. The matches are informal and can be both fun and can help with training. A link to the rules for the matches and PDFs of targets can be found on the LGC Forum in subform “Competition and Marksmanship.”  Look for the message with an obvious title posted by Bucolic on June 17.

If you have not shot these matches before, give it a try!
